Each Advance Ticket has a processing fee and sales tax included in the ticket price.
Once you place your order, your ticket order is SALES FINAL.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
When you receive your tickets in the mail, treat them like cash and put them in
a secure place. They will not be replaced if misplaced, lost or stolen.
If you need to purchase additional tickets, you must submit a new order. Advance tickets purchased before 2:00 p.m. on the Friday before the event will be mailed out to you via US Mail. Advance tickets purchased after 2:00 p.m. on the Friday before the event, will NOT be sent via USPS but instead will be held at the event at WILL CALL under your name. Your credit card will be charged as Everything A Girl Wants, Inc. There are no in-and-out privileges at this event so each ticket is for one admittance only. Advance Ticketing will immediately close at 8:00 p.m. on the Tuesday before the show date or when Advance Tickets SELL OUT whichever comes first so please plan ahead.
By attending this event, you hereby irrevocably authorize E.A.G.W., Inc., its affiliates, agents, sponsors, successors and assigns, to use, copyright, reproduce, publish, film, videotape, photograph, and record their name, photo, caricature, likeness and appearance in relation to the Girls' Night Out Shopping Extravaganza ("Likeness"), and to use the results and proceeds thereof in connection with television commercials, audiovisual works and derivative works including, without limitation, the rights to edit, copy, exhibit, transmit, perform, copyright, reproduce, display (on the Website or otherwise), publish, license sell and otherwise exploit all or any portion thereof in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout the universe in perpetuity, and they hereby waive any and all such rights and claims that they may have with respect to such use of their Likeness.
