EVENT & PARKING INFORMATION - FAQs

 

Q: What kind of products are for sale at the event?

A: Our event is shopping heaven where you can ultra-pamper yourself with the utmost in super-fab finds in cosmetics, skin care, hair care, bath, body and spa products, fashion forward apparel, handbags, belts, accessories, exquisite jewelry.... and much MORE!  We will have both inside and outside shopping.

 

Q: Do I need to bring cash or can I use credit cards?

A: Cash is always best because some of our exhibitors are not set up to take credit cards at the show.  There is an ATM in the lobby of the hotel, please visit it before entering the show.  A portion of the proceeds from this fashionable event goes to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, so the more you shop, the more it benefits charity.

 

Q: Will I miss anything if I come much later than 2:00 p.m.?

A: No.  You can shop anytime between the hours of 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.  The exhibitors will replenish their product as the show goes on.  You should feel comfortable attending our show after your workday.

 

Q: Do I get my Beauty Gift Bag if I come to the event after work?

A: If you bought Beauty Gift Bag Advance Tickets, then you will always be entitled to one Beauty Gift Bag per ticket no matter what time you show up at the event.  If you do not attend the event you will forfeit your Gift Bag.  You must always pick up your Gift Bag on the way out of the event.  Gift Bags are not allowed on the floor of the event.  This is a complimentary Gift Bag given by the event promoters from products donated from various companies to market their products to our shoppers.  Not every Gift Bag will necessarily have the same items  and you cannot pick which Gift Bag will be given to you.  Remember, the reason for coming to our event is for the exclusive shopping to benefit the Susan G Komen For the Cure. 

 

Q: If you say the Beauty Gift Bag is complimentary (with a Beauty Gift Bag  Advance Ticket) then why am I paying an additional $10.00 for this ticket?

A: You are NOT paying for the Beauty products inside the Gift Bag, they are all FREE!  The additional $10.00 helps cover the following costs: The Gift Bag tote, the Labor to assemble 1000-1500 Gift Bags per show, the U-Haul, boxes and gas to transport the Gift Bags to the show, the Labor to unload the Gift Bags out of the U-Haul at the event and the Labor to hand out the Beauty Gift Bags at the event.  Beauty products are costly and we feel that our complimentary Beauty Gift Bags are quite generous as they usually value between $30.00 - $60.00 each depending on the donated product!  These tickets are so popular that they always sell out!

 

Q: If I don't get advance tickets, why should I bother coming to the event?

A: When you purchase tickets at the door you will still be enjoying the exclusive shopping at our event benefiting the Susan G. Komen For the Cure and the all-night complimentary Martini Bar.  The only thing you are not receiving is a discount or a Beauty Gift Bag.  Our event is definitely worth coming to if you have to buy your tickets at the door.

 

Q: I ordered my tickets the day before the event, this means "advance" right?

A: No, not at all.  We only have so many tickets allocated for "advance" tickets and when they sell out, they sell out.  It could be four days before the event or two days before, we cannot predict.  Advance Ticketing always closes the Tuesday night at 8:00 p.m. preceding the show.  We will be updating the website as soon as the advance tickets do sell out.  I wouldn't suggest procrastinating if you want to buy advance tickets.  You know the saying, "the early bird gets the worm."  All tickets are non-refundable, no exceptions.

 

Q: Is there food and drink at the event?

A: We will have our complimentary Martini Bar all night.  There will be a no host cash bar for cocktails and sodas.  You must go to the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort  restaurants for food.  You may get your hand stamped and come back to the show after your meal. 

 

Q: Can I bring a stroller or my children to the event?

A: Because our event is so crowded, we ask that you do not bring your strollers.  We cannot allow strollers into the crowded ballroom and we ask that no children under the age of 13 be admitted into the show.  You must always have one ticket per person entering our show.   

 

Q: What about parking?
